If you want to remove followers on Twitter, you have a few options:

  1. Block the follower: When you block a follower, they can no longer see your tweets, follow you, or send you direct messages. To block a follower, go to their Twitter profile, click on the three dots icon, and select “Block.”
  2. Remove the follower: When you remove a follower, they can still see your tweets and profile, but they will no longer receive your tweets in their feed. To remove a follower, go to their Twitter profile, click on the three dots icon, and select “Remove follower.”
  3. Make your account private: If you want more control over who can follow you, you can make your Twitter account private. When your account is private, you have to approve each follower request. To make your account private, go to your Twitter settings and click on “Privacy and safety.” Under “Tweet privacy,” check the box next to “Protect your Tweets.”

It’s important to note that Twitter does not notify users when they are blocked or removed as a follower. However, if someone has notifications turned on for your account, they may notice that they are no longer seeing your tweets in their feed.
