How to Find Your Location History on iPhone or iPad

Your iPhone or iPad can track and store your location history in the background, which can be useful for mapping and navigation purposes. Here’s how to find your location history on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Privacy”.
  3. Tap on “Location Services”.
  4. Scroll down and tap on “System Services”.
  5. Scroll down and tap on “Significant Locations”.
  6. You may be prompted to enter your passcode or use Touch ID/Face ID to authenticate.
  7. Once you have access, you will see a list of cities or areas where you have been with the date and time.
  8. To see more detailed location history, tap on any of the cities or areas to see the specific places you visited.

Note that if you have not enabled “Location Services” or “Significant Locations” on your device, there will be no location history data to view. Additionally, you can choose to disable location history or delete it by tapping “Clear History” at the bottom of the Significant Locations screen.
