How to View Your Ecobee Thermostat’s Usage History

You can view your Ecobee thermostat’s usage history in two ways:

• Through the Ecobee app:
  1. Open the Ecobee app.
  2. Tap on the Thermostat tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap on HomeIQ.
  4. Tap on Usage History.
• Through the Ecobee web portal:
  1. Go to the Ecobee web portal.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click on the HomeIQ tab.
  4. Click on Usage History.

The usage history will show you a graph of your thermostat’s energy usage over time. You can also see the following information:

• The average temperature of your home.
• The number of times your thermostat turned on and off.
• The amount of energy your thermostat used.

You can use this information to see how your thermostat is performing and to make adjustments to your energy usage. For example, if you see that your thermostat is turning on and off a lot, you could try adjusting your schedule or setting your thermostat to a higher temperature when you’re not home.

Here are some additional tips for viewing your Ecobee thermostat’s usage history:

• You can export your usage history to a CSV file by clicking on the Export button.
• You can filter your usage history by date, time, or room.
• You can view your usage history for multiple thermostats if you have more than one.
