How to invert the colors on your iPhone in 2 ways

Inverting the colors on your iPhone can be useful for various reasons, such as reducing eye strain or making the screen easier to read in low-light conditions. Here are two ways to invert colors on your iPhone:

Method 1: Use the Smart Invert Colors Feature

  1. Open the Settings App: Tap on the “Settings” app, which looks like a gear icon, on your iPhone’s home screen.
  2. Go to Accessibility Settings: Scroll down and tap on “Accessibility.”
  3. Enable Smart Invert Colors: Under the “Display & Text Size” section, tap on “Display Accommodations.”
  4. Select Smart Invert Colors: Tap on “Smart Invert” to enable this feature. Your iPhone will now invert the colors, but it will attempt to leave images and certain UI elements unchanged to provide a more natural appearance.
  5. Disable Smart Invert Colors: To turn off Smart Invert Colors, simply return to the same setting and toggle it off.

Method 2: Use Classic Invert Colors

The Classic Invert Colors option provides a more straightforward color inversion without attempting to preserve certain UI elements and images.

  1. Open the Settings App: Go to the “Settings” app on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to Accessibility: Scroll down and tap on “Accessibility.”
  3. Access Display & Text Size: Under “Display & Text Size,” tap on “Display Accommodations.”
  4. Enable Classic Invert Colors: Tap on “Classic Invert” to enable this feature. Your iPhone will now invert all colors.
  5. Disable Classic Invert Colors: To turn off Classic Invert Colors, return to the same setting and toggle it off.

Choose the method that best suits your preferences for color inversion on your iPhone. The Smart Invert Colors option is generally more user-friendly and attempts to provide a better viewing experience for certain apps and content, while Classic Invert Colors offers a more straightforward color reversal.
