To insert an animated GIF into a PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:
- Open your PowerPoint presentation:
- Launch Microsoft PowerPoint and open the presentation where you want to insert the animated GIF.
- Navigate to the slide:
- Go to the slide where you want to add the animated GIF. Click on the slide thumbnail on the left-hand side to select it.
- Insert the animated GIF:
- Click on the “Insert” tab in the top menu.
- Click “Pictures”:

Note: While animated GIFs can add visual interest to your presentation, use them sparingly and ensure they are relevant to the content. Too many animated elements can distract your audience from the main message.
