There are a few ways to check your Amazon gift card balance.

1. On the Amazon website

  1. Go to the Amazon website.
  2. Click on the “Account & Lists” tab.
  3. Under “Your Account,” click on “Gift Cards.”
  4. Your gift card balance will be displayed at the top of the page.

2. On the Amazon app

  1. Open the Amazon app.
  2. Tap on the “Account” icon.
  3. Under “Your Account,” tap on “Gift Cards.”
  4. Your gift card balance will be displayed at the top of the page.

3. By calling Amazon customer service

  1. Call Amazon customer service at 1-888-280-4331.
  2. When you reach a customer service representative, tell them that you would like to check your Amazon gift card balance.
  3. The customer service representative will be able to look up your gift card balance and provide it to you.

4. By using the Amazon Gift Card Balance Checkup tool

  1. Go to the Amazon Gift Card Balance Checkup tool website.
  2. Enter your gift card number and PIN in the fields provided.
  3. Click on the “Check Balance” button.
  4. Your gift card balance will be displayed on the next page.
