1. Open the Instagram app on your phone.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap on the Settings icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
4. Tap on Account.
5. Tap on Email.
6. Enter your new email address and tap on Next.
7. Enter your password and tap on Next.
8. A verification code will be sent to your new email address. Enter the verification code and tap on Verify.
