To disable the pop-up blocker in Safari on iPhone and iPad, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Safari.
- Under General, tap Block Pop-ups.
- Toggle the switch to the Off position.
Once you have disabled the pop-up blocker, you will be able to see pop-ups from websites that you visit. If you want to block pop-ups from specific websites, you can do so by going to Settings > Safari > Websites > Pop-ups and then adding the websites to the Block list.
Here are some additional tips for dealing with pop-ups:
- If you are on a website that is displaying unwanted pop-ups, you can usually close them by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the pop-up window.
- You can also use an ad blocker to block pop-ups from all websites. There are many ad blockers available for iPhone and iPad, such as AdBlock Plus, AdGuard, and uBlock Origin.
- If you are concerned about your privacy, you can use a private browsing mode to browse the web without leaving any traces of your activity. To open private browsing mode in Safari, tap on the Aa icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen and then tap on Private.
