How to Set a GIF as a Live Wallpaper on Your iPhone

While iOS doesn’t allow you to set a GIF as a live wallpaper, there are a few third-party apps available on the App Store that can help you achieve this. Here’s how:

Download and install a third-party app that allows you to convert a GIF into a Live Photo. Some popular apps for this purpose include intoLive, LiveMaker, and GIPHY.

Open the app and select the GIF you want to use as your live wallpaper.

Customize the settings as desired, such as adjusting the speed, cropping the image, or adding effects.

Save the Live Photo to your camera roll.

Go to your iPhone’s Settings app and select “Wallpaper.”

Tap “Choose a New Wallpaper,” and then select the Live Photo you just saved.

Adjust the position and size of the Live Photo as desired, and then tap “Set.”

Choose whether you want to set the Live Photo as your Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both.

Press and hold your iPhone’s Lock Screen to see the GIF in action.

Note that using a GIF as your live wallpaper may drain your battery faster than using a still image.
