You can delete a page in Google Docs using three different methods:
Method 1: Using the Backspace or Delete Key
- Place your cursor at the end of the text on the page you want to delete.
- Press the Backspace key on your keyboard until all the content on the page is removed.
Method 2: Using the Cut Command
- Select all the content on the page you want to delete. You can do this by clicking and dragging your mouse cursor over the text or by pressing Ctrl + A (Cmd + A on Mac) to select all.
- Once the content is selected, press Ctrl + X (Cmd + X on Mac) to cut the content.
- This will remove the content from the page, effectively deleting it.
Method 3: Using the Page Break Feature
- Click at the very beginning of the page you want to delete.
- Go to the “Insert” menu at the top of the Google Docs window.
- Select “Break” and then choose “Page break.”
- This will insert a page break at the beginning of the page, separating it from the rest of the document.
- Click on the page you want to delete (it should now be a separate page).
- Press the Backspace key on your keyboard to delete the empty page created by the page break.
These three methods should allow you to delete a page in Google Docs using different approaches based on your preferences.
