Open the Windows Snipping Tool With a Keyboard Shortcut

You can use a keyboard shortcut to open the Snipping Tool on Windows. Here are the steps:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard to open the Start menu.
2. Type “Snipping Tool” in the search bar.
3. Right-click on “Snipping Tool” in the search results and select “Open file location.”
4. In the File Explorer window that opens, right-click on “Snipping Tool” and select “Properties.”
5. In the “Shortcut” tab, click on the “Shortcut key” field and press the keyboard shortcut you want to use to open the Snipping Tool. For example, you can press Ctrl + Alt + S.
6. Click “Apply” and then “OK” to save the changes.

Now you can use the keyboard shortcut you set up to open the Snipping Tool whenever you need to take a screenshot.
