Here are the steps to set up a conference call on an iPhone:

1. Dial the first number you want to include in the conference call and wait for the person to answer.
2. Once you have the first person on the line, tap the “Add Call” button (+) to put the first caller on hold.

4. When the second person answers, tap “Merge Calls” to join all three of you into a conference call.
