Changing your Gmail signature is a quick and easy process, and you can do it on both desktop and mobile devices. Here’s how:

On Desktop:

  1. Open Gmail and click on the settings gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select See all settings.
  3. Scroll down to the General tab and find the Signature section.
  4. If you already have a signature, click the pencil icon to edit it. If you don’t have one, click Create new.
  5. Enter your desired signature text in the box. You can format it using the toolbar above, including adding your name, title, contact information, social media links, and even logos or images.
  6. You can choose to have this signature automatically inserted in all new emails, replies, and forwarded emails.
  7. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

On Mobile (Gmail App):
