How to Change Your Display Name on Gmail

Here are the steps on how to change your display name on Gmail:

1. Go to Gmail and sign in to your account.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
3. Select “Settings” from the menu.
4. Click on the “Accounts and Import” tab.
5. Under “Send mail as,” click on “Edit info.”
6. Enter the new display name you want to use.
7. Click on “Save changes.”

Your new display name will now be used when you send emails.

Here are some additional tips for changing your display name on Gmail:

• You can change your display name as many times as you want.
• Your display name cannot be the same as your email address.
• Your display name cannot contain any special characters, such as spaces, commas, or periods.
• Your display name cannot be longer than 30 characters.
