Here’s how to manage pop-ups in Chrome on both computers and Android devices:
On a Computer:

Change your default settings:
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner (More).
- Select “Settings.”
- Click “Privacy and security.”
- Click “Site settings.”
- Under “Pop-ups and redirects,” choose the option you prefer:
- “Blocked” to block most pop-ups.
- “Allowed” to allow most pop-ups.

Block or allow specific sites:
- Follow the same steps as above to access “Pop-ups and redirects” settings.
- Under “Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects,” find the site you want to manage.
- Click the three dots to the right of the site and choose “Block” or “Allow.”
On an Android Device:

Turn pop-ups on or off:
- Open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner (More).
- Select “Settings.”
- Tap “Permissions.”
- Toggle the “Pop-ups and redirects” setting on or off.

Allow or block notifications from a specific site:
- Open Chrome and navigate to the site you want to manage.
- Tap the lock icon or “Info” icon to the left of the address bar.
- Tap “Permissions.”
- Adjust the notification settings for that site.
Additional tips:
- To quickly allow a pop-up when it’s blocked, click the “Pop-up blocked” icon in the address bar and select “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site].”
