Zoho magento integration

Here are the steps to download and install the Magento 2 Zoho CRM integration extension:

  1. Go to the Zoho CRM Integration extension page on the Magento Marketplace.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button and complete the checkout process.
  3. Once the purchase is complete, log in to your Magento account and go to “My Purchases”.
  4. Find the Zoho CRM Integration extension and click the “Install” button.
  5. Select your Magento installation version and click “Continue”.
  6. Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click “Continue”.
  7. Download the extension package and save it to your computer.
  8. Connect to your Magento server via FTP or SSH.
  9. Upload the extension package to the “app/code” directory in your Magento installation.

  7. To sync customer data, go to “Customers” in your Magento admin panel and select the customer you want to sync with Zoho CRM.
  8. Click the “Sync to Zoho CRM” button to sync the customer data with Zoho CRM.
  9. To sync product data, go to “Catalog” > “Products” in your Magento admin panel and select the product you want to sync with Zoho CRM.
  10. Click the “Sync to Zoho CRM” button to sync the product data with Zoho CRM.
  11. To sync category data, go to “Catalog” > “Categories” in your Magento admin panel and select the category you want to sync with Zoho CRM.
  12. Click the “Sync to Zoho CRM” button to sync the category data with Zoho CRM.
  13. You can also view the sync history and monitor the sync status in the extension’s dashboard.

Note: The Magento 2 Zoho CRM integration extension provides a bidirectional sync between Magento and Zoho CRM, which means changes made in either platform will be synced to the other platform. Make sure to check the extension’s user manual for more details on its features and functionalities.
