How to use WhatsApp Web

Using WhatsApp Web is a convenient way to access your WhatsApp messages from your computer. Here’s a quick guide:

Requirements:

  • A computer with a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Edge are supported).
  • A phone with the WhatsApp app installed and an active internet connection.

Steps:

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://web.whatsapp.com.
  2. You’ll see a QR code on your computer screen.

  3. Open the WhatsApp app on your phone.
  4. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Select “Linked Devices” from the menu.

  6. Tap on “Link a Device.”
  7. Scan the QR code on your computer screen with your phone’s camera.

  8. Once your phone recognizes the QR code, you’ll be automatically logged in to WhatsApp Web on your computer.

Tips:

  • You can keep WhatsApp Web open on your computer even after you close your browser window.
  • You can use WhatsApp Web to send and receive messages, photos, videos, and documents.
  • You can also use WhatsApp Web to make and receive calls.
  • To log out of WhatsApp Web, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen and select “Log out.”

Additional notes:

  • Make sure your phone has a good internet connection for optimal performance.
  • You can only link one phone to WhatsApp Web at a time.
  • If you’re having trouble linking your phone to WhatsApp Web, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
