How to log into your Gmail account on a computer or mobile

To log into your Gmail account on a computer, follow these steps:

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Gmail website at www.gmail.com.
  2. Enter your email address and click “Next”.
  3. Enter your password and click “Next” again.
  4. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will need to provide a verification code that is sent to your phone or email. Enter the code and click “Next”.
  5. Once you’re logged in, you will see your inbox and can start sending and receiving emails.

To log into your Gmail account on a mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Gmail app on your phone or tablet.
  2. If you’re not already signed in, tap “Add account” and select “Google”.
  3. Enter your email address and tap “Next”.
  4. Enter your password and tap “Next” again.
