To embed fonts in PowerPoint, follow these steps:

  1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
  2. Click on the “File” tab in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. In the sidebar that appears, click on “Options.”
  4. In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, select the “Save” category on the left side.
  5. Under the “Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation” section, check the box that says “Embed fonts in the file.”
  6. You will see two options: “Embed only the characters used in the presentation” and “Embed all characters.” Choose the option that suits your needs.
    • If you choose “Embed only the characters used in the presentation,” PowerPoint will only embed the fonts for the specific characters used in your presentation, which can reduce file size.
    • If you choose “Embed all characters,” PowerPoint will embed the entire font file, ensuring that all characters are available if you edit or present the file on a different computer.
  7. Click on the “OK” button to save your changes and close the PowerPoint Options dialog box.
  8. Now, when you save your presentation, the fonts used in your PowerPoint will be embedded within the file.

Note: Embedding fonts in PowerPoint can increase the file size, especially if you choose to embed all characters. Consider this if you plan to share the presentation electronically or via email, as larger file sizes may take longer to upload or download.
