To delete a Facebook group, follow these steps:
- Open Facebook and go to the group you want to delete.
- Click on “More” below the group cover photo.
- Select “Edit group settings” from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete group”.
- A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the group. Click on “Delete group” to confirm.
- If you’re the only member of the group, the group will be deleted immediately. If there are other members, they will be notified that the group is being deleted and have a chance to leave the group before it’s deleted.
Note: Once a group is deleted, it cannot be restored. All group content, including posts, photos, and files, will be permanently deleted. If you want to save any of the content before deleting the group, you should download it before proceeding.
