How to Automatically Forward Specific Emails in Gmail

You can set up Gmail to automatically forward specific emails to another email address by creating a filter. Here are the steps to do it:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account and go to your inbox.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select “Settings”.
  3. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  4. Click on “Create a new filter”.
  5. In the “From” field, enter the email address of the sender you want to automatically forward emails from.
  6. Click on “Create filter”.
  7. Check the box next to “Forward it to” and enter the email address you want to forward the emails to.
  8. You can also choose to apply other actions to the filtered emails, such as labeling them or marking them as important.
  9. Click on “Create filter” to save the filter and start forwarding the selected emails.

Once you have set up the filter, Gmail will automatically forward any emails from the specified sender to the email address you selected. You can edit or delete the filter at any time by going to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab in the Gmail settings.
